The Number of Electrode Pads Used:
The number of times the electrode is used depends on the cleanliness and oilyness of the human skin, so it is best to wash the skin with soap before use (alcohol is equally acceptable). By cleaning the skin, you can achieve better results and improve the frequency of use of the electrode.
Electrode Pads Life:
After each use, put the electrode back to the original packaging bag, placed in the shade. If the electrode is dry a little, use a few drops of water to wet it. This will increase the life of the electrode.
Use Suggestions:
1. Connect the electrodes to the wires.
2. Tear off the protective film on the sticky sheet before use.
3. Stick the self-adhesive electrode to the part that needs physiotherapy or the corresponding acupoint and press it tightly.
4. After use, separate the electrode from the wire and cover with a protective film.
5. It is recommended to prepare several pairs of electrode pads for spare.
6. The self-adhesive electrode is a consumable part, please use it with care, and the storage temperature is 10°~40°C.

In pacemaker carriers, serious heart rhythm problems, suffering from epilepsy patients is strongly discouraged from using an electrical stimulation device. Furthermore, the electrodes should not be applied to open wounds or diseased skin.
It is also advised not to use the electrodes in the region of the carotid artery, just above the heart, the larynx and larger metal implants.
